This is an important issue for many active women. After a few days you may start walking
or using the elliptical trainer which eliminates the impact potion of running or jogging.
You should not jog, run or use the treadmill for 2 weeks. You should avoid any weight
lifting that uses the pectoral muscles. This will tend to push you implants high on your
chest when you are trying to get them to settle down into a nice natural position. Any
time you exercise you must remember to wear a snug fitting jog bra. Some ladies wear 2 jog
bras to help secure your breasts during vigorous exercise or some wear a Lycra body suit
as well. We will let you know when you can return to pectoral exercises.
