You can go out a dress anytime that you wish. As long as you're comfortable there is no
medical reason you cannot wear a dress to dinner the day after surgery. It is just
important that you're feeling well and up to do so. You will be swollen and likely won’t
want to go out to dinner for a few days. Your dress will fit differently after a week or
two than it does the day after surgery as well. You may need support to feel comfortable
the first 2 weeks after surgery though. Also you will need to wear the elastic band we
give you for 1 to 2 weeks to refine the position and shape of your breasts.
