Will my implants be too far apart in the middle?

Ladies are often concerned about being too far apart in the middle of their chest. This is prevented by placing the implants properly under muscle during surgery. But as your implant size goes up the diameter of the implant also goes up and the implants get closer together in the middle giving a more dramatic cleavage. So the more full your desired breast shape and size the closer they will become in the middle of your chest. But remember the implants should always be surgically centered directly under the nipple no matter what size they are.
